Trying to get the cobwebs out of the ol' noggin this morning. Still amazed at all that happenned this weekend.
1. GOD IS AMAZING!
2. Yesterday's services rocked! Man it was awesome!
3. WELCOME TO THE REVOLUTION was definitely one of the most in-your-face, put it all out there series that we've ever done and God honored it in a BIG-TIME way. I love our church! You guys are amazing in how you bring so many to church and how you receive God's Word!
4. Yesterday's message was TENSE and INTENSE. Spoke about hypocrisy in our lives and the church and how it is a HUGE OBSTACLE to the Revolution that Jesus started thousands of years ago.
5. Not a weekend goes by that I'm not amazed at our wonderful partners (vols) at Cornerstone. Each and every one of you is amazing and you are a HUGE reason why our community is being transformed one life at a time. Thank you for all that you do!
6. Our students put together an amazing skit/drama that went perfectly with the message yesterday. We used it as the intro to the message and God used it to IMPACT people in a huge way. Wow.
7. This summer is gonna rock at Cornerstone! God is doing something amazing at Cornerstone in so many ways: PEOPLE ARE GETTING SAVED, people are connecting at church, people are stepping up to serve, people are getting out of their comfort zones in a great way, people are bringing their friends and family every week and inviting folks to church. It is amazing to see what God is doing at Cornerstone!
8. Looking forward to being able to pour into the lives of students at a couple of camps this summer! Definitely looking foward to seeing what God does with our students at Cornerstone when they go to camp. So pumped that this will be Clarissa's first camp experience as a part of the student ministry!
9. Speaking of Clarissa, she was part of the drama/skit yesterday and I was so proud and just about lost it when I saw her serving the Lord the way she was. So proud of her!
10. 2 1/2 more days and then my ladies are home for the summer. My son Trey is more excited than I am. Momma's boy if I ever saw one.
11. Really enjoyed finally meeting in person and connecting with Mike Lindsey and his wife Sarah. Mike is a pastor who's finishing up his seminary work at Bethel Seminary in Minnesota and the Lindsey's will be moving to the Valley in late summer. They joined us at Cornerstone yesterday and Michelle and I had a great time with them at lunch afterward! Excited about what God is doing in their lives!
12. I love my team! The staff that I get to work with and lead are amazing! Thank you God for the amazing staff we have at Cornerstone!
13. So much for Nike's puppet campaign! Have fun on your fishing boat Queen James! Sore loser.
14. Reading this bookright now and loving it! Tony Dungy is a man I really respect and admire. You need to get and read this book!
15. Two new addictions: Guitar Hero and Deadliest Warrior. One is a game, one is a show.
16. PUMPED UP about our new series TRUE FREEDOM that kicks-off this Sunday! We'll be camping out in the book of Genesis over the next four weeks and God is gonna do some great things!

Yes, yes and more yes! Yesterdays service was so awesome...I needed that message. The play was amazing, it's exactly what I have been struggling with the past couple of weeks. God is.....I can't even put a word to it, I'm speechless!
